Kristyne L. Seidenberg is an attorney with over two decades of experience dedicated to litigating complex legal matters. Kristy holds a Doctor of Law degree from the Emory University School of Law, a Master of Science in Counseling from Columbus State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ball State University. She is a Certified Mediator/Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist and a Certified Teacher in the State of Georgia and has served her community as an attorney, mediator, counselor, educator, and Guardian Ad Litem. In the legal realm, Kristy has extensive management, litigation, conflict resolution, case management, program and process development, public speaking, mentoring, regulatory compliance, education law and legislative analysis experience. Her diverse educational background underscores her holistic approach to legal practice, emphasizing not only legal expertise but also compassionate care for her clients’ wellbeing and that of their families.
